We wanted to communicate that Cates understands this problem and offers a solution. In our TV ad, we showcase two neighbors conversing. One is disappointed because she has to wait within a broad service window for her tune-up, while the other praises Cates for allowing her to choose an exact time for her appointment, eliminating the uncertainty and wait.

Our challenge was to craft a television commercial for Cates that would resonate with the spirit of the US Olympics. Drawing inspiration from the resilience and dedication of Olympic champions, we depicted Cates as the ultimate champion in battling the summer heat. The scene of a man lifting weights was symbolic of the strength and determination that Olympic athletes embody. Transitioning to the intimate family moment, we conveyed the idea that, just as athletes rely on their team, families can rely on Cates to help them navigate the challenges of the season.

We identified that homeowners are often burdened by unexpected costs and breakdowns associated with their homes. These unforeseen expenses can lead to stress and financial strain. With Carefree Home Warranty, we wanted to highlight the solution they offer to this problem. Our TV ad creatively presents a visual of a woman, at ease in her home, chatting with an animated house character, symbolizing the protection and peace of mind Carefree offers. The narrative emphasizes the comprehensive coverage provided by Carefree, spanning heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and even appliances.

Accompanying this visual narrative, we integrated a promotion to drive engagement and encourage potential customers to be a part of the Cates family experience. Our goal was to not only highlight the superior service of Cates but also to inspire viewers, drawing parallels between the Olympic spirit and the commitment Cates offers its customers.

For Cates Heating and Cooling, we wanted to emphasize the reliability and expertise they bring to the table. The visual in our TV ad portrays a content couple in their living room, symbolizing the comfort and peace Cates provides. The man, reclining comfortably on the couch, exudes a sense of satisfaction, while the woman looks on with a sense of relief and contentment, representing the trust they place in Cates.

Our narrative highlights the common household concerns that Cates can expertly address: maintaining the perfect room temperature, fixing a leaky faucet, and ensuring a cozy workspace. We underline their efficiency with the phrase “get it done right the first time,” a testament to Cates’ expertise and dependability.
